Coating Options:

High UV Gloss Coating: A liquid coating applied to the printed piece, which is then bonded and cured with ultraviolet light. This coating is used to provide a protective coating to the printed image. The high gloss finish enhances colors and prolongs durability. Please note that you CANNOT write or imprint on a uv coated jobs.

Aqueous Gloss Coating: This coating strikes a balance between matte and high UV gloss, providing a subtle sheen and durability. A perfect option if you are looking for a glossy finish but need to write and imprint on the finished piece.

Matte Coating: The matte coating provides a smoother presentation than an uncoated sheet, and softer than the appearance of a glossy sheet. This coating is not to be confused with uncoated, there is still a subtle sheen to the finish.

Velvet/Silk: A dull matte film applied to one or both sides of a print product. Silk lamination give cards a luxurious smoother feel and may dull color and contrast slightly compared to the standard Matte finish. Durable Silk lamination is tear and water resistant.

Uncoated: There is no coating whatsoever, even from the manufacturer. The stock is less smooth and has a higher ink absorption. Colors may print duller.
