What is the turnaround for print?

Excluding holidays and weekends, delivery to your doorstep can take between 4-6 business days for most products unless otherwise noted. I currently do not offer rush services.

What if I don't have a design?

Before you are ordering print, you should visit my design website, www.designsbyangela.net to request a design service quote. Or you can reach out to a designer of your choice, create a design online on Canva or another design tool. Just make sure you send me a high resolution PDF file that is ready for print!

What are your artwork file requirements?

I currently only accept PDF files. Please make sure they are high resolution, and have a bleed of 0.125". Crop marks help but are not necessary. If you cannot get me that type of file, please email me at hello@southjerseyprintz.com for assistance. For best printing results, please use images above 300dpi and outline all of your fonts.  

Do you provide email proofs?

If you would like an email proof before your order goes into production, you may email me with your order number hello@southjerseyprintz.com requesting one free of charge. Otherwise, when you submit your order, you are agreeing that your file is ready for print and have no changes.

I noticed an error on my artwork AFTER I ordered and/or approved the proof for print. Can I cancel or get a refund?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the order can be canceled but I will try my best. By submitting your artwork, you agree that your file is ready for print and no more changes are to be made. If there is an issue with your print file, wrong size, etc, I will email you for new artwork. I am not responsible for typos, wrong info or color objects, or other design errors. Please check your artwork very carefully!

I don't see a product, spec or finish in your menu. Can I request a custom quote?

Where are you located?

Blackwood, NJ

Can I pickup my prints?

Currently I do not accept pickups. Free shipping is offered on all products if your shipping address is in NJ, PA and DE and a few other states. Also, free local delivery is offered if you live within 5 miles of Blackwood, NJ.
